This year more than ever we are excited to bring back the joy and cheer that our lights provide our clients and this is the perfect opportunity for them! After many clients, unfortunately, had to postpone or reduce their festivities to comply with the restrictions on the indoor social gatherings, we know that the upcoming years are going to be filled with great celebrations.

1. When you reach out to our design team for your complimentary consultation, we will go over the scope of your venue, the colour selection for your event, the style of lighting to best suit your needs, and the unique features that you’d like to add for extra special moments.
   Whether it’s a light curtain, additional lighting to complement the venue lights, or exterior light displays, our team has you covered in a variety of colour and pattern options. This is your special day after all, and our team at Five Star Holiday Décor wants to ensure that you have that WOW moment when you walk into your venue. 
2. Before the day of your big event, and if we have seen and / or worked in the space before, our installation manager will visit the venue to go over power locations and accessibility. Typically you do not need to be on site for this but if you have a specific vision for a certain area we recommend coordinating with our team to meet you there.
3. Depending on your venue and the amount of preparation time that you have in your space, our professional event lighting installation technicians will arrive on site and with instructions provided from our installation manager, will install your beautiful custom display. After a final sign off your lighting package is now complete and our team will return once the festivities are over.
4. Following the completion of the event, the same professional event lighting installation technicians will return to the venue and carefully remove your display to ensure the property returns to its original condition.
